Felony Fleeing Arrest
On 6-20-23, Detective Suitor attempted to stop a vehicle on Highway 72, the driver fled and then proceeded to stop on Sawyer Road and flee on foot.
Craig Sorrell was later taken into custody by Tupelo Police and transported to Alcorn County.
He had a warrant in Alcorn County for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was charged with Felong Fleeing and it will be presented to the Alcorn County Grand Jury.
