A former coach from Booneville, Kenny Paul Geno, has been arrested and indicted.
Multiple media outlets are reporting that the arrest included involvement from the FBI.
According to the indictment, Geno was indicted and arrested on two counts of child sex crimes.
Geno, who previously worked as a part-time assistant basketball coach at Booneville High School, is no longer employed in that capacity, according to Booneville Schools Superintendent Todd English.
He was a member of the coaching staff when Booneville won back to back boys and girls titles this last season.
Geno is a 2013 graduate of Booneville High School and was a basketball player at the University of Georgia.
