Saturday is projected to be the coldest day, with high temperatures remaining in the 20s. The cold snap is expected to be brief, with temperatures warming starting Monday, meteorologists said.
The brief cold wave is part of a seasonal pattern, but residents are advised to prepare for the low temperatures during this period.
