A cold front is expected to pass through the Memphis area Sunday morning, bringing cooler temperatures to the region, according to the National Weather Service in Memphis.
Residents are advised to wear jackets or warm clothing during the morning hours. Temperatures are forecast to stay near or below normal through the early part of the day.
However, temperatures are expected to moderate by midweek, with readings climbing to near or above seasonal averages, the weather service said.
