Mississippi DPS offices to close July 3 for Independence Day

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety announced that its offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day.

This closure includes all Driver Service Bureaus across the state. The offices will resume regular operations on Monday, July 6.

The department did not specify if any services will be available remotely during the closure period.
