Mississippi Fish Hatchery Hosts Summer Teacher Workshops

The Bob Tyler Fish Hatchery Visitor Education Center in Mississippi hosted several teacher workshops this summer, according to a post from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.

During the sessions, educators participated in activities that allowed them to experience the role of students. They earned continuing education units while learning about Mississippi’s aquatic resources, fisheries conservation, hatchery operations, boating safety, and field trip opportunities.
