Mississippi law enforcement leaders attend national conference

Mississippi law enforcement officials attended the Association of State Criminal Investigative Agencies (ASCIA) Conference last week. Lieutenant Colonel Herzog and Lieutenant Colonel Pope, both from the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, and Major Morton participated in the event.

The conference provided an opportunity for law enforcement leaders from across the country to connect, share knowledge, and build partnerships. Attendees discussed strategies to improve collaboration and enhance public safety efforts nationwide, according to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.

Participants emphasized the importance of collaboration in tackling complex criminal investigations and fostering stronger relationships among agencies. The event aimed to promote information sharing and best practices to support law enforcement at the state and national levels.
