Mississippi’s Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks is encouraging hunters to visit its shooting facilities this summer to prepare for upcoming bird hunting seasons.
Whether shooting sporting clays, trap, skeet, or participating in duck flush activities, these ranges provide an opportunity to build confidence and improve skills before the seasons begin.
The department recommends visiting the closest shooting facility to get ready for dove, teal, and duck hunting. More information and a list of locations are available on the department’s website.
