Allen discusses his background as an outdoorsman who plays baseball on the side. He shares stories of growing up hunting and fishing with his father and grandfather in southern Alabama.
He describes his first hog hunt, offshore fishing at Dauphin Island, and how outdoor activities helped keep him out of trouble during high school. Allen also talks about how the outdoors serve as a form of therapy for him today.
