Northeast Launches Evening and Weekend Practical Nursing Program
Northeast Community College has opened enrollment for a new Practical Nursing (LPN) program offered in the evenings and on weekends. The program aims to accommodate students who are working full-time, raising families, or seeking a career change.
Classes will meet three nights a week from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program features a competitive admission process, with limited seats available. The application deadline is July 14.
Applicants must have an ACT score of 17, a minimum 2.0 GPA, and completed prerequisites in Anatomy and Physiology I and II, according to college officials. Interested individuals can apply online through a provided link.
