Northeast Mississippi Community College Welcomes Over 530 High School Students

Northeast Mississippi Community College hosted its annual Northeast Now event on Tuesday, welcoming more than 530 high school students to campus.

The students participated in campus tours and enjoyed a country concert in Hines Hall. The event aimed to showcase college programs and foster school spirit.

Organizers said the event provided students with a chance to explore higher education opportunities and experience college life firsthand.

Officials from the college expressed enthusiasm for the turnout and hope the event inspires students to consider Northeast Mississippi Community College for their future education.
