Officials have confirmed that some Driver Service Bureau stations are experiencing intermittent software problems. When these issues occur, stations may experience brief service interruptions.
The department stated that no stations are closed and that service will resume normally after updates are processed. The disruptions are temporary and do not impact overall operations, officials said.
The department thanked the public for their patience and understanding as it works to resolve the software issues.
