Swedish golfer meets Brewers pitcher at NJCAA tournament in Mississippi

While competing this week at the NJCAA National Golf Tournament, Northeast Mississippi Community College golfer Olof Behle and coach Derek DeVaughn attended a Milwaukee Brewers game. During the event, Behle, who is from Löddeköpinge, Sweden, met Brewers pitcher Brandon Woodruff, a native of Wheeler, Mississippi.

Behle described the moment as part of a new experience, highlighting the significance of such opportunities for international student-athletes. Northeast officials expressed pride in being part of Behle’s journey and emphasized the importance of these experiences in his development.
