Alcorn County officials meet with Public Service Commissioner over poor cell service

The heads of Alcorn County emergency services met with Northern District Public Commissioner Brand Presley to speak with the lack of reliable cell service county wide in Alcorn County.

According to Presley:

Alcorn Co. Sheriff Ben Caldwell, County Fire Coordinator Ricky Gibens and 911 Director Kim McCreless and their departments are partnering with my office’s investigation into poor cellular service. Being able to dial 911 is critical for public safety!
