Felony False Pretense Arrest

On March 8th, 2023, the victim reported Candace Powers had transferred money from her online bank account into Powers personal account.

After reviewing bank records, a warrant was issued and Powers was arrested on May 10th, 2023.

This case will be presented to an Alcorn County Grand Jury.
