Community offers free self-defense class at Burgess

A free self-defense class will be held at Burgess on Tuesday, April 28, at 5:15 p.m., thanks to a partnership with Big Dawgs Martial Arts.

The class will take place in the back room at Burgess and is open to all students, employees, and community members at the fitness center. No prior experience is necessary, organizers said.
