Residents are urged to stay alert for flooding and to avoid driving through flooded roadways, as floodwaters can be dangerous. Authorities have not reported any confirmed flooding incidents so far.
The National Weather Service advises residents to monitor updates and exercise caution until the threat subsides. The warning was issued earlier today and was still active as of 5:30 p.m., according to officials.
