The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks hosted the Cardboard Boat Regatta at Tombigbee State Park this weekend. Participants gathered to build, decorate, and race their homemade cardboard boats in a lively competition.
People of all ages took part, showcasing their creativity and teamwork as they navigated the watercourse. The event aimed to provide a fun-filled day for families and outdoor enthusiasts.
Organizers expressed gratitude to everyone who participated and made the event a success. Special thanks were given to Trent Ellis for joining in the festivities.
