Mississippi Department of Revenue launches inaugural 2026 Mentorship Program

The Mississippi Department of Revenue has launched its first mentorship program for managers, set to begin in 2026. The initiative aims to provide participants with valuable insights, foster meaningful relationships, and enhance leadership skills.

According to department officials, the program will feature 12 executive leaders with more than 260 years of combined experience. These leaders will mentor 12 managers selected to participate in the program.

Department representatives said the effort is part of their ongoing commitment to better serve Mississippi through leadership development. The program is expected to strengthen the agency’s operational effectiveness and professional growth among staff.
