Mississippi Driver’s Licenses Not Scanning Properly at TSA
Mississippi officials announced Thursday that they have identified the cause of problems with some driver’s licenses not scanning correctly at TSA checkpoints and other locations.
Residents affected by the issue are advised to schedule an appointment online for June 23 or later at a Driver Service Bureau near them. They will receive a free replacement license.
The state apologized for the inconvenience and thanked residents for their patience as the department works to resolve the problem.
