Mississippi State Fire Academy Director Discusses Leadership at Staff Meeting

Chief Kelly Elliott, director of the Mississippi State Fire Academy, spoke to staff members during the recent All Personnel Staff Meeting as part of the CIC professional development program.

Director McElhenney praised Elliott, calling him an outstanding leader and saying his words were meaningful and impactful. “We appreciate him taking the time to invest in our staff members,” McElhenney said.

The CIC also recognized Ms. Pamela McAfee for her dedication and service. The organization extended congratulations and thanks to her for her commitment to serving Mississippi.
