Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Full-Time Dispatcher at $15 an Hour

The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time day shift dispatcher, with a pay rate of $15 an hour, according to a news release from the department.

Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the sheriff’s office to pick up an application or visit the department’s website at http://www.prentisscountymssheriff.com/plugins/show_image.php?id=593 and click the print application link. Applications are also available through the department’s mobile patrol app.

The application process requires a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, a recent photo, and notarization in several locations. Those who have previously applied are advised to update their application.

Full-time employment includes benefits such as health insurance and participation in the State Retirement System (PERS), the department said.
