Forecasters expect sustained winds of up to 25 mph and gusts reaching 30 mph. The winds could cause loose objects to blow around, prompting residents to secure outdoor items now.
The advisory is in effect to warn residents of potential hazards from the gusty conditions. Authorities advise taking precautions to prevent property damage and ensure safety during the wind event.
