Library in Alcorn County hiring Librarian

The Library in Rienzi is hiring a part time Librarian.

The Northeast Regional Library is taking applications for the Rienzi Librarian. The applicant should be energetic, creative, capable of self-direction and have knowledge of library and computer resources, especially Word, Excel and Publisher. The applicant must be able to deal respectfully with all age groups, pre-school through senior citizens. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The position is for fifteen (15) hours per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 – 4:30 p.m. The salary is minimum wage.

The applicant must be at least 18 years old with a high school degree or G.E.D.
