On the morning of 05/10/23, Officers Austin and Suitor responded to Max’s Donuts for a report of a stolen vehicle. After reviewing surveillance video and speaking with witnesses, Robert Dekent Crump was identified as the suspect.
Officer Adams located the stolen vehicle at a residence on MLK Street as well as Crump. After a brief foot pursuit, Crump was taken into custody and charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle.
This case will be presented to an Alcorn County Grand Jury.
