Oxycodone felony drug arrest
Felony Drug Arrest
On 05/11/23, Officer Ellis and Officer Suitor initiated a traffic stop; the driver being CJ Holesome. Officer Lettieri and Det. Oglesby arrived and assisted. Once probable cause was determined, they searched the vehicle and found a small tin can with 3 oxycodone pills as well as a small baggy of a crystal-like substance.
Holesome was charged with several misdemeanors as well as felony Possession of a Controlled Substance “methamphetamine” and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance “Oxycodone”.
The misdemeanors will be handled in Corinth Municipal Court and the felonies will be presented to an Alcorn County Grand Jury.
