Applicants can apply online, by phone, through the FEMA App, or in person at Disaster Service Centers located in multiple counties. Centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., FEMA said.
Counties hosting Disaster Service Centers include Alcorn, Lafayette, Panola, Leflore, Benton, Yazoo, Carroll, Coahoma, Montgomery, Tallahatchie, Pontotoc, Marshall, and Tishomingo, according to FEMA.
Residents are encouraged to apply before the deadline to ensure they receive assistance. FEMA advises checking the agency’s website or contacting local centers for more information.
