Northeast Mississippi Community College Offers Limited Spots for Fall 2026 MI-BEST Program
Northeast Mississippi Community College is offering eight remaining spots for its MI-BEST program for fall 2026, according to the college. The program allows eligible students to earn a high school equivalency while enrolling in a career training pathway.
Participants may also receive assistance with tuition, books, supplies, and other supportive services. Eligibility is open to individuals who are single parents, need to earn their HSE, and have a bronze-level WorkKeys certificate or higher, college officials said.
The program offers career pathways in certified nursing assistant, emergency medical technician, industrial maintenance, medical administrative assistant, welding, and phlebotomy.
