Oxford Municipal Court Offers Warrant Amnesty Holiday

Oxford Municipal Court will be offering a warrant amnesty period from December 2, 2024 to Janaury 31, 2024.

According to a social media post shared to the Oxford Police Department page, Oxford Municipal Court is offering an opportunity for individuals with misdemeanor warrants to resolve their warrants with no arrests or added fees.

In order to take advantage of this opportunity, individuals are urged to visit the Oxford Municipal Court at 72 F.D. Buddy East Parkway, Suite 200, during the dates listed. A court clerk will remove the warrant and provide the individual with a court date. No money or jail time will be required in order to remove the warrant.
