Mississippi opens annual certification period for cigarette and ENDS products

The Mississippi Department of Revenue has opened the annual certification and re-certification filing period for cigarette and Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) product manufacturers. The process began on June 1, and manufacturers are encouraged to submit their certifications promptly.

The department maintains monthly updated directories for cigarette and ENDS products through the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP). These directories help ensure compliance and facilitate regulatory oversight.

For additional information, including notices about the cigarette and ENDS directories, interested parties can visit the department’s website at https://www.dor.ms.gov/news/filing-opens-june-1-cigarette-and-ends-products.
