TUPELO, Miss. — Will Orlando Hadley was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to trafficking methamphetamine in Lee County, according to court documents.
Senior Circuit Judge Paul S. Funderburk sentenced Hadley on August 18, 2026, to 40 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The sentence includes 28 years suspended, leaving 12 years to serve day-for-day. Hadley is not eligible for parole or early release.
Upon release, Hadley must complete five years of post-release supervision, the court said. The case was investigated by the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit with assistance from the Tupelo Police Department and Tupelo Fire Department, according to the district attorney’s office.
Assistant District Attorney Megan French prosecuted the case on behalf of the state. Jason D. Herring is the district attorney for the First Circuit Court District, the office noted.
